Founder and CEO of UVS, is an entrepreneur with a long, diverse career in business management. A tireless advocate for the customer experience, Neil founded UVS to solve every logistical challenge faced by individuals purchasing vehicles outside their home country.
He leads a hard-working team dedicated to anticipating every detail of the customer journey, ensuring service excellence is the standard. Neil is deeply passionate about Africa and its potential to positively influence vehicle export sales and logistics across the continent.
Michele Arde
Finance & HR Manager
I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with Summa Cum Laude at the University of Natal and thereafter did my Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology.
Thereafter I spent 10 years in a consultancy firm running not for profit industry associations, benchmarking, training and doing business development.
This experience enabled me to go to hundreds of companies in South Africa and abroad gaining invaluable business experience. Thereafter, I worked in the telecoms industry as a business manager and joined UVS in 2021. I oversee the HR and financial management of UVS.
I am passionate about servicing our clients, growing our staff and cultivating a company that is here for the long term.
Shaun Stainbank
Commercial Manager
With a B.Com in Management accounting and over 20 years experience in Finance roles, Shaun’s experience involves heading up a finance team which ran businesses in four African countries, primarily Zambia and Botswana. This has given him experience in understanding those countries as well as exports to and from those countries.
After working in various industries, including retail, wholesale and FMCG in South Africa and Africa it has given him insight into how different industries operate and has helped him easily adapt to the motor-trade industry.
Shaun identifies strongly with UVS’s core values of the “customer first” approach. Always striving for ultimate efficiency and ensuring every client transaction is treated with the same urgency, while at the same time maintaining an attitude of honesty and integrity.

Outside of work he enjoys being active and tries to play different sports where there is time, currently playing hockey and running.
“I have always had an interest in cars, but since I’ve been at UVS I’ve developed to become a full-on motor enthusiast!”
Neo Zungu
Logistics Manager
I am Neo Zungu, currently serving as the logistics manager at UVS, where I leverage my extensive experience in the aviation sector, particularly in road freight, sea freight, and air freight export operations.
My strong ability to manage stakeholders and streamline operational processes allows me to effectively supervise daily logistics and oversee the entire export process at UVS. With a solid background in strategic planning within regulated industries and years of hands-on experience ensuring compliance with aviation standards, I am adept at aligning our export procedures with all necessary regulations.
Additionally, I hold a postgraduate qualification in project management and have recently broadened my expertise by completing a leadership course at the GIBS Institute, for which I was awarded a badge of achievement.
Mbuzo Nkiwane
General Manager
I have been in the vehicle industry for 12 years, with the best five years spent at UVS. I consider my work an ultimate calling. My background is deeply rooted in first-hand customer service, where I learned the importance of listening, understanding individual needs, and delivering solutions with care and professionalism.
I am a self-driven and people-centred leader, and my greatest joy comes from bringing delight, trust, and confidence to our customers. Putting people first is at the heart of everything I do – whether it’s guiding a client, supporting the team, or ensuring our service standards remain exceptional.
I currently serve as the General Manager of UVS, where I lead with dedication, integrity, and a passion for excellence. Every day, I am committed to driving the organisation forward while maintaining the human touch that makes UVS special.
Dylan Mackenzie
Export Sales Specialist
An Export Sales Specialist at UVS, where he supports global clients, manages international sales operations, and helps drive the company’s export growth. With 18 months of experience in export sales and a diverse background working across multiple countries and industries. Dylan brings adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills to his role.
His experience abroad has strengthened his ability to work effectively with diverse clients, adapt quickly to new environments, and navigate the complexities of cross-border sales. Passionate about connecting with customers worldwide, he enjoys building long-term relationships and providing reliable support throughout the sales process.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys staying active through sports, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors.
Mzingaye Moyo
Office Operations Controller
Mzingaye plays a key role in the smooth running of our operations. His responsibilities include vehicle inspections, stock control, coordinating vehicle handovers, and providing general office support to ensure daily processes run efficiently.
He also assists with collections and deliveries when required, bringing reliability and consistency to every task. With experience as both a general office assistant and a driver, Mzingaye has built a strong foundation in operational support, attention to detail, and customer service. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable part of the UVS team.
Nthabiseng Mabitsela
Sales & Marketing Assistant
In my role, I support our sales team by ensuring smooth client engagement, clear communication, and consistent brand representation. I handle sales documentation, assist with marketing content, and help maintain the professional image and workflow of the UVS brand.
I am passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming, organised experience for every client. With a strong background in administration, customer service, and operational support, I bring structure, attention to detail, and a practical approach to everything I do.
I am committed to continuous growth, learning new skills, and contributing positively to our team. My work ethic, adaptability, and drive to excel help me ensure that clients feel supported from the moment they connect with us until their vehicle is handed over.
Nkanyiso Sibanda
Traffic & Police Pound Specialist
I am the Police Clearance and Registration Specialist at UVS. I handle all Police Registrations, Police Clearances, motor licences, and vehicle-related paperwork. My role ensures that every vehicle we process is fully compliant and documented with accuracy and efficiency.
I enjoy my work because I get to learn something new almost every day. The variety of tasks and the challenges that come with them keep me engaged, growing, and continually improving. I take pride in being part of a team that values precision, integrity, and excellent service.
Outside of work, I have a deep appreciation for vintage cars. Their history, design, and unique character inspire me – and working in this industry allows me to stay connected to something I’m truly passionate about.
Gerald Bhebhe
Driver
I am passionate about driving and pride myself on being a trustworthy and reliable member of the UVS team. My role allows me to do what I love every day while ensuring excellent service and safety.
One of the things I enjoy most about my work is the chance to meet new people, explore different places, and travel new roads. Every day brings a new adventure, and I love discovering the unexpected along the way.
Outside of work, I’m a die-hard soccer fan and a lover of music — though I must admit, dancing is not my strongest skill! My passions keep me energized and make every journey enjoyable, both on and off the road.
Thandazani Martins Myeza
Driver
I bring not only experience on the road but also a sense of humour that keeps the workplace light while ensuring the job is done efficiently and safely. With several years in the transport industry, I have gained solid experience in long-distance driving, vehicle handling, and navigating different routes with precision and care.
Outside of work, I am a big soccer fan, proudly supporting Orlando Pirates, Real Madrid, and Arsenal. I like keeping up with current events by watching the news, and I have a deep appreciation for nature — you’ll often find me enjoying National Geographic, especially anything related to wildlife.
I believe that being dedicated, reliable, and approachable helps me connect well with both colleagues and clients. My goal is to make every journey smooth and every day at UVS productive, enjoyable, and filled with positive energy.
Eliot Gurure
Cross Border Driver
I am a Driver at UVS, operating one of our carriers. I have 15 years of solid experience in carrier operations and the transport industry.
Over the years, I have gained extensive expertise in long-distance driving, cross-border transport, vehicle handling, and route planning. My experience has taught me the importance of safety, reliability, and efficiency, and I take great pride in delivering vehicles securely and on time.
I am committed to maintaining high standards on every trip and ensuring that every journey reflects the professionalism of UVS.I truly enjoy working with a carrier and having the opportunity to travel across different countries. Being on the road, meeting new people, seeing new places, and adapting to various environments makes my work fulfilling and exciting.
Outside of work, I enjoy fun activities, especially watching movies and soccer, which help me unwind after long trips.
